Maintenance Contracts
Need comprehensive support? Consider a maintenance contract, with a fixed per staff fee per month this entitles you to "All you can eat support"
- Pay for support per person per month
- All day to day support* is included
- Machines are maintained rather than just "fixed"**
- Entitled to a day on site each month rolled in.
* There maybe a charge for special support or projects

Break fix contracts
Need something simpler? Consider a break fix contract
- Pay only for what you use
- Pay on a timer. Each issue is logged and timed for it's actual cost to you
- Fix only what you need fixing
